Administrative Staff

The Administrative Staff of the Caddo Parish Coroner’s Office is the workforce in the background serving to assist in insuring that all cases reported to the coroner are logged into the computer database system, files are created, death certificates are received from the funeral homes for completion and are returned to the funeral home once completed and cases are closed in the system. This area is also responsible for the financial aspect of the office which includes budgeting, managing the accounts payable/receivables and payroll processing as well as answering phone calls.

Office Administrative Staff consists of three full time employees:  Administrator РCindy McClinton and Administrative Assistants РRee Harville and Paula.
